as Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd marked the end of Quarter three with a Team Bonding event, which held on 17th October, 2015.
At Capitalfield, we recognize the importance of Team bonding as Teamwork is one of our core values. It was a time to enjoy the company of each other outside of the work environment The saying "all work and no play, makes jack a dull boy" was brought to full bare as colleagues from the different Strategic Business Units (SBU) interacted with each other in great camaraderie. The lines between organisational hierarchies are often blurred for a short while to allow for freedom of expression and play and also to demystify line mangers in the eyes of their down-lines.

The event which held at the beautiful beachfront of Elegushi Private beach in the Lekki area of Lagos, was full of team- building recreational activities which helped team members relax and unwind while celebrating our accomplishments in Quarter 3 of 2015 which ended in September.
Fun activities like interdepartmental dancing competitions, beach volley ball, chess games, card games, all deepened the team spirit as colleagues soaked up the sun and the beautiful scenery of the beach. There was an assortment of food and drinks and all in attendance had enough to eat and be merry.

The event came to an end with the Tug of war game. The whole Group was divided into two teams. They pulled on either sides of a divide and amidst squealing and lots of excitement, one of the teams pulled to victory. It was indeed a time of fun and laughter for the whole Group as we look forward to another prosperous Quarter.
